Island is a 15 minute swim from Koh Ta Kiev Island.  However, unless you're taking a helicopter, you'll take a least an hour from the mainland or Ream National Park.  You could probably get a speedboat from Ream National Park and get there in 15 minutes if need be. 

On the island and swimming are the only transportation.
